1. General Terms & Conditions

By using the 995betapp website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any 995betapp service.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations. 995betapp operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to regular audits.

1.1 Eligibility

• Accounts must be registered in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must be of sound financial and mental capacity to make decisions.

1.2 Scope of Service

2. Account Rules

Opening an account with 995betapp means entering into a personal agreement. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own account.

2.1 Registration

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number — submitting false information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may only open one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and all balances may be forfeited.
• OTP verification to the phone number provided at registration is mandatory.

2.2 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more. Simply upload clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID. Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential — 995betapp will never ask for your password by phone or email.
• If you log in from someone else's device, always log out when you're done.

3. Payments & Transactions

995betapp supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are generally instant. Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours.
• 995betapp charges no fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• BKash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 10–25 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your account are kept by 995betapp in a separate account. They are not used for operational or investment purposes. Unused balances have no expiry date.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers at 995betapp are designed to give members added value — however, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• Each member is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus only once.
• To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration.
• A bonus will only be credited if the bonus option is active at the time of deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from a bonus balance, you must place a specified number of bets — this is the wagering requirement. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to complete ৳20,000 worth of bets.

• Wagering requirements generally apply to the bonus amount only — not the original deposit.
• Certain games may contribute at a different rate towards wagering progress — please refer to the details of each individual offer.
• If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or placing coordinated bets to exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be voided.

5. Betting Rules

995betapp offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, hockey, and a wide range of other international and domestic events.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

• A bet is not considered accepted until you receive a bet confirmation.
• 995betapp reserves the right to decline any bet — particularly during periods of market volatility.
• 995betapp may void bets placed at incorrect odds in the event of a clear technical error.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended within a set period after kick-off, results may be settled based on the portion of the match officially completed.
• In cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled based on that result.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Each event and market has a maximum bet limit set by 995betapp. For regular members, the maximum stake on a single bet is ৳50,000, with special limits applying to accumulators. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.

5.4 Live Betting

Live betting is available while a match is in progress. Please note that odds change rapidly during live play. If the odds shift between the time you place a bet and when it is confirmed, 995betapp will display the updated odds — and the member may decide whether to proceed.

6. Casino Games

The 995betapp casino section features Live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, slots, and more. Every game is powered by technology from internationally certified game providers.

6.1 Game Fairness

• All slots and virtual games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or technical fault, 995betapp will attempt to resume the game from the last saved state. If this is not possible, the active bet will be cancelled and the balance refunded.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account.
• A temporary break (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion can be activated at any time.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Member-Initiated Closure

Any member may request account closure at any time. The account balance will be verified and withdrawn before closure is completed. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

9.2 Closure Initiated by 995betapp

995betapp may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraud.
• Money laundering or suspicious transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact

995betapp reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.

• Changes will be published on the site and a notification will be sent.
• Continued use of the site after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
